had a great hour at the gym today. Have eaten healthy, but have been hungry all day.

8am:  small bowl of special K with s/s milk

11am:  2 slices of toast and cold meat

12.30:  small bowl of special K s/s milk

4.30pm: 2 grilled skinless sausages

6.30pm:  spaghetti with chicken, peppers in a tomato sauce
