had a great hour at the gym today. Have eaten healthy, but have been hungry all day.
8am: small bowl of special K with s/s milk
11am: 2 slices of toast and cold meat
12.30: small bowl of special K s/s milk
4.30pm: 2 grilled skinless sausages
6.30pm: spaghetti with chicken, peppers in a tomato sauce

blog day one
Well I have never had a blog before, in fact it was my sisters idea to do this.
I started my lifestyle change a week ago, swimming, gym sessions and healthy eating. So far its going great, which for me is a miracle considering will power is my arch enemy.
I am joining fat club this week and mega excited about it, although slightly nervous in case folk start chanting "fatty, fatty, fatty" when I walk in.
nervous about standing on the scales too. As I have stood on 3 different sets over the past week and got 3 totally different readings.
The gym - 12 and a half stone
My mums - 12 stone
The pool - 11 and a half stone
Yep you guessed it, I am going with the ones at the pool.
my 4 year old son drew a very unflattering picture of me today, so going to hang it on the fridge as a reminder that that's how he sees me.
Anyway over and out for now
